For the sake of protecting all our collective interests, here are some basic terms and conditions that you essentially agree to, when clicking the
Buy Now button to purchase & use the 2010 CBT, and its associated files.

• The "Candle Business Tracker" (CBT) is a Microsoft Excel® document (as opposed to a software program), for use exclusively by Independent Distributors of Scent-Sations Inc, who are Registered Users, for their own individual use.
   

• Registered Users must have Microsoft Excel® on their computers, or a another program capable of reading and writing to Excel-based files.  By purchasing the CBT, you acknowledge the CBT author is only obligated to provide the CBT file itself, not a software program capable of it.
   

• The CBT cannot be modified by anyone, for any other use; particularly, for use with any other company or other company's product line.
   

• Registered Users acknowledge they are solely responsible for protecting the data they enter into the Tracker (e.g., by backing up their data to an allowable secondary copy.  We incur no liability for lost data in the event of computer theft, crash, or other event that might delete the data from your computer.
   

• Registered Users understand that while the Company offers a link to the CBT website, the Company itself does NOT provide support for it; therefore the Registered User agrees to only contact the CBT Author for support.

Copyright Disclaimer:

• The CBT was created by Roy J. Juers II, and is copyrighted.  Therefore it cannot be duplicated without express permission, with the 2 exceptions that:
  a) Registered Users can create their own private back-up copy of the file on a personal storage device (such as an external hard drive, and
  b) Registered Users can maintain CBT copies on a private desktop computer, and on a private laptop. 
   

• The CBT cannot be passed down or emailed, copied or duplicated to any other Distributor, in any way that circumvents the normal purchase & registration process described throughout this website.
   

• No support will be given to anyone requesting it, if it is determined that they have obtained the CBT in any other way than the normal purchase & registration process.
   

• This website was designed to be free of company-specific product or scent names, logos or product pictures, wherever possible; however, the CBT Tracker itself does contain company-specific product and scent names.
   

• The Company, Scent-Sations Inc., maintains all copyrights, trademarks, and ownership rights of the aforementioned product & scent names.  This Candle Business Tracker has been approved by the Company for distributor use only.  Users of the CBT accept all responsibility for the preservation of the Company's ownership rights, and therefore cannot modify this document in any manner that violates or infringes on those rights.

Liability Disclaimer:

• The "Tax Deduction Guide" is meant for general information and ideas only.  Much of it is based on current tax law.  However, since we (as the CBT author/owners of this website) are not licensed tax preparers or advisors, consult your tax professional regarding any tax matters.  We can incur no liability for the use of this website, its downloaded documents, the accuracy of your tax returns, or the validity of any deductions you choose to take.
   

• Registered Users of the CBT and "Tax Deduction Guide" and the "Candle Business Tracker"  accept all responsibility for the tax choices they make for their business!  Okay, enough mumbo jumbo.
