Using Your Candle Business Tracker: Lesson 6, January-December

	Audio Training Series: Module 6 The 12 tabs of JAN-DEC These tabs are where you do all of your daily inventory tracking. They allow you to add to, or subtract from, your inventory on any given day of the year. The totals from these tabs, which are all calculated for you, are applied to the SUMMARY tab. The JAN-DEC tabs also have a Discounts Section. This section, located to the far right side of the page, allows you to enter the number of items you bought at a discount from the company, using a specific Discount Code. The Tracker then takes that information and adjusts your cost by doing a series of calculations on the ADJUSTMENTS (ADJ) tab. The total of all discounts is then applied to the *SUMMARY tab. This gives you a more accurate "total cost" of your inventory, with very little effort on your part. The topic of Discounts and adjusting costs are discussed in Lesson 8.
